Story

Someone once asked me, 'Of all the words in the world, which single word is your favourite?' I tried to think of a clever answer or an erudite answer or a funny answer, but I couldn't decide. Then I sat back and forgot about being smart, and I just let the answer come. It came so easily. What was my one favourite word? 'Story'. I've been reading stories for as long as I can remember. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Literary Studies. I have been a freelance proofreader and editor since 2008. I read for pleasure every day. My favourite genres are the classics, literary fiction, contemporary fiction, historical fiction and fantasy. But I'll read just about anything, as long as it's a ... STORY.
